At CAZENAVE PIECES AUTO, customers have the choice between :

• Removing the parts themselves with their own tools thereby obtaining the lowest price,
• Choosing the part themselves but having it removed by a mechanic, with a small participation to the labour,
• Or to be served at the counter by our salesmen if the part has already been dismantled.

All parts stored on the shelves have been selected and tested before being dismantled to ensure their perfect condition.

SECOND-HAND ENGINE GUARANTEE All second-hand engines that we sell have undergone preliminary tests and CAN BE sold with the European GUARANTY parts and labour of a big insurance company. This guaranty was the initiative of CAZENAVE PIECES AUTO who wanted to offer his customers the maximum security when purchasing a second-hand engine. In the SOUTH-WEST, many garages (around 500 at the moment) regularly fit our engines. For private individuals who wish to benefit from this unique guarantee it is very simple : Call us on ++ 33 (0) 561 78 40 40 and we will give you the address of the nearest garage which fits our engines or any other parts guaranteed by us.

FITTING SERVICES - FREE ESTIMATE All parts we sell can be fitted in our workshops and after you have agreed with our free estimate there can be no disagreeable surprises.

MAIL-ORDER We are able to offer a mail-order service which will deliver within 48 OR 72 hours the parts you have ordered.

PAYMENT FACILITIES It is possible to pay in three instalments if you have ordered over 200€ worth of parts (after acceptance of your dossier). You must have a Banking Identity Statement (RIB), a bank card, a piece of identity and a cheque.
